- Create symlinks for utilities like as, ld, etc in the gcc libexec directory,
  so it will able to find it in linking/assembling stage. Thus, it's
  possible now just add `make -V PREFIX`/bin into the path and both
  this and system compilers will work.
- Bump PORTREVISION
