Rewrite pkg/COMMENT is such a manner that it will not be broken if
somebody runs a script removing all unnecessary articles from COMMENT
files (hint! hint!).

Fix some typos and such in pkg/DESCR.  I still don't know what pkg/DESCR
means when it says "qvwm requires ... share extension".  If anybody can
clarify that...
