[patch] mail/thunderbird-dictionaries update for thunderbird 2.0.0.0

	thunderbird 2.0.0.0 changes where it expects to find dictionaries from
	${PREFIX}/lib/thunderbird/components/myspell to
	${PREFIX}/lib/thunderbird/dictionaries.

	this patch updates the port for this version of thunderbird.
