- Update to latest stable version (is minor than the port version so use
  PORTEPOCH).
- Remove BROKEN.
- Remove RESTRICTED (also removed from LEGAL) since it's distributed under GPL.
- Use pkg-plist (static).
- Preserve command line arguments in the wrapper script.
