In xorg serction:
- remove useless database recreations commands for portupgrade-devel. It
  use the same format.
- Fix a paragraph when was said Xorg recreate xorg.conf file on run.
  It does not, so you need see a log for defaults and fix your old
  xorg.conf by hands.
