Update to Wine 0.9.42.  Among others, this brings the following changes:
 - Support for activation contexts and side-by-side assemblies.
 - Many more gdiplus functions.
 - More messaging support in crypt32.dll.
 - Many HTTP protocol handling fixes.
 - Lots of bug fixes.

Move fontforge from LIB_DEPENDS to BUILD_DEPENDS.  Add graphics/jpeg to
LIB_DEPENDS. [1]
