Set an example by installing the xv manual (postscript, only 3.6MB)
in ${PREFIX}/share/doc/xv, conditional to NOPORTDOCS.

Note that README is not conditionalized on NOPORTDOCS, this is the
license statement and its installation is required by the xv author.
