Overhaul the port.

- Define USE_LINUX as it installs Linux binaries (bump PORTREVISION)
- Remove ONLY_FOR_ARCH since it's an Linux binary port
- Extract contents in WRKSRC at do-extract target (was done in do-install)
- Move patching work from do-install to do-patch
- Use SUB_FILES for pkg-message substitution
