Update to Wine 1.1.4.  Among others, this includes the following changes:
 - Substantial chunks of WinHTTP are implemented.
 - More JavaScript support.
 - Beginnings of shell AppBar implementation.
 - Several fixes for Google Chrome support.
 - Chinese translations.
 - Various bug fixes.
