[new port] Add textproc/stardict3

	Add new port textproc/stardict3 (update stardict-2.x to
	stardict-3.x).

	StarDict is a Cross-Platform and international dictionary
	written in Gtk2.  It has powerful features such as "Glob-style
	pattern matching," "Scan selection word," "Fuzzy query,"
	etc.
