Update to version 1.0.5. Changes since 1.0.4:

* Improvements to plugin modules/classes:

  o New plugin module lotusdomino for LDAP interface of Lotus
    Domino server.
  o New plugin class for attribute types found in schema of MIT
    Kerberos LDAP backend: krbTicketFlags, krbPrincipalType and
