Upgrade to r68053.  Should fix problems with scan-build not finding
clang-cc.

Move the svn revision out into it's own file to allow do-fetch to update
it in the -DBOOTSTRAP case.  This makes it easier to do:

	make -DBOOTSTRAP makesum
	make
	...
