- Remove apache from RUN_DEPENDS
- APACHE_COMPAT is deprecated, replace with USE_APACHE=1.3
- USE_MYSQL=yes instead of p5-DBD-mysql (databases/mysql*-client depend on it)
- Use WWWOWN and WWWGRP
