Do not require the file /usr/share/misc/more.help (aka
"src/usr.bin/more/more.help") to contain an $Id$.  This file is directly
displayed as more(1)'s help file and an Id would look unprofessional,
stupid, and ugly.  It would be inappropriate, too.
