Update to version 1.3.6. Changes:

2009-07-26      PyWebLib 1.3.6
- pyweblib.session.WebSession.__init__() has two new key-word arguments:
  sessionIDLength and sessionIDChars which allows to specify length and
  valid chars of session IDs generated
- A few chars added to pyweblib.session.SESSION_ID_CHARS to
  increase security
