- Fix QT_COMPONENTS [1]
- Install symlinks to shlibs in the form of libvtk*.so.5 -> libvtk*.so.5.4.2
- Set the correct USE_LDCONFIG path
- Fix install directory of the Qt Designer plugin
- Fix include path order
- Record conflict with Paraview (installs the same Qt Designer plugin)
- Bump PORTREVISION
