Extend the rc-script shipped with shellinabox.

The script doesn't allow you to supply self-generated certificates using
the --cert-fd switch. Because the --cert-fd switch is a bit painful, add
a shellinaboxd_certfile switch, which does the file descriptor
redirection for you.
