- EXTRACT_SUFX doesn't need to be declared if using DISTFILES
- automatically adjust files via SUB_FILES instead of invoking sed
- support NOPORTDOCS & NOPORTDATA
- use DOCSDIR & DATADIR instead of using ${PREFIX}/share/listmanager
