Update to 2.0.2.
  - Fix several small bugs.
  - Support Excel spreadsheets using xlHtml. (RUN_DEPENDS added)
  - Abolish mknmz --ole option.
  - Introduce mknmz --html-split option.  Split a large HTML document
  into parts by <a name="..."> and index them respectively.
Fix PLIST.  (@dirrm share/namazu was missing)
