Update with PORTNAME/PORTVERSION and get happy with the slave.

Remove LANGPREFIX and just utilize PKGNAMEPREFIX.

Correct the wrong CATEGORIES specification.
  - Language specific categories should come first.
  - SeizeDesktop is not a `x11-toolkits' port. (Copy & paste miss?)
