- Generate the *.pyo files and add in the plist, so that the *.pyo files won't
  be leftover after the runtime or somehow got generated.
- Remove the .egg-info from plist and use correct way, INSTALLS_EGGINFO.
- Remove MD5.
- Bump the PORTREVISION.
