- update to 3.3.0
- use shortcut do depend on textproc/py-xml
- pet portlint (LICENSE moving, whitespace fixing)
- depend on python 2.6+ (as per gramps README)
- add option to depend on graphics/py-exiv2,
  enable it by default (as per gramps README)
