Update to 1.4.14.

Remove stale DBUS_SLAVE cruf.
Break out CPPFLAGS from CONFIGURE_ENV.
Add additional x11 depends [1]
Specify full path to dbus-uuidgen. So it can be run on new installs, before ${LOCALBASE}/bin is added to PATH. [2]
