  New patch from upstream:

  This fixes an error in comparisons of the lower parts of a multi-word integer
against a constant when using a comparison operation not directly supported
by an MSP430 instruction.  E.g.,:

int test_gtu32 (uint32_t x)
{
  if (x > 0xFFFF)
    return 1;
  return 0;
}
