- Update to 1.6.45
  * Fixed quaternion arc() routine. In case of vectors that are (almost) 180
    degrees apart, the wrong quaternion was returned.
  * Invalid handle issue fixed in FXWindow.
  * Backported FXPath shell escaping routine.
