Update to 0.6

Changes:
- Adds 'beadm rename oldBE newBE'
- Fixes creating environments from snapshots
- Fixes non-cloned dataset getting promoted on 'activate'
- More error handling fixes
- 'destroy' now cleans up all child snapshots
