Remove no-longer supported options from the themes that they appear in
to avoid the following:

/usr/local/share/themes/Clearlooks-Quicksilver/gtk-2.0/gtkrc:44: Clearlooks configuration option "menuitemstyle" is not supported and will be ignored.
/usr/local/share/themes/Clearlooks-Quicksilver/gtk-2.0/gtkrc:45: Clearlooks configuration option "listviewitemstyle" is not supported and will be ignored.
/usr/local/share/themes/Clearlooks-Quicksilver/gtk-2.0/gtkrc:46: Clearlooks configuration option "progressbarstyle" is not supported and will be ignored.

In the plist, change some @dirrm to @dirrmtry to avoid conflicts with other
ports.
