- strict python version to 2.x only (doesn't work with python3)
- fix portlint warning (remove dot from COMMENT)
- add LICENSE (BSD)
- py-numpy only needed on runtime stage, so move it to RUN_DEPENDS
- add some tabs to Makefile header and pkg-descr
- do not try to remove directories that we didn't install
- bump PORTREVISION
