Update to version 2.0, the version which might join the tree in CURRENT.
Removes -m flag for truncate(1).

Since the port-distfile is a plain tar -zcf of the propagated tree-version,
add WRKSRC, MANDIR and BINDIR hunks to port-Makefile.
