- Update to 20120707
- Add SASL option to enable SASL authentication support
- Use devel/ncurses as it provides ability for 256 color support for
  ncursesw
- Remove support for devel/lua50 (upstream removing it shortly)
- Remove 'Enable' from option descriptions
