- update to version 0.6.1
- use @dirrm (not @dirrmtry) for the port's own directories
- don't even try to @dirrmtry other ports directories

while here:
- use CHEESESHOP shortcut and remove unnecessary MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR
- strict python version to 2.x only
