Rename the file that the interactive configure script produces
from ${WRKDIR}/.config to ${WRKDIR}/config .

Conditionalize the interactivity of the configure script on the
existence of ${FILESDIR}/config .  If the file exists, copy it
to ${WRKDIR}/config and do not ask questions.
