Update from 1.3.8 to 1.3.11.
Update SPDY patch from version 53 to 54.

Chunked support has been implemented and enabled by default in nginx' base, so
remove support for third-party chunkin module.

There are two third-party features are temporary disabled:
o) ngx_http_upload_module;
o) syslog support.
