- remove direct dependency on py-setuptools (this port is already depend on it
  via USE_DISTUTILS)
- no PORTREVISION bump, because dependency list wasn't changed
- use CHEESESHOP shortcut in master sites, remove redundant MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR
- fix maintainer's email (Recipient address rejected: User unknown)
- remove redundancy from COMMENT
- limit python version to 2.x only (print/except)
- do not hardcode filenames in pkg-plist
