- update PGSQL option, as only version 9.2 has the correct libraries to build
- rename option MYSQL-SSL -> MYSQL_SSL
- fix incorrectly defined option of OPTIONS_DEFAULT within MYSQL_SSL
- use ${CP} in favor of cp
