- Update to 0.1.1

Changes:
 - Fix D4PFULLSCREEN being default on when blank.
   Now requires y/yes to enable
 - Automatically unset LC_ALL to show nicer characters
 - Fix crash when resizing
 - Upstream the -lm fix
