Update to new upstream version Lua 5.2.2.

According to Luiz Henrique de Figueiredo,
"Lua 5.2.2 fixes all bugs listed in http://www.lua.org/bugs.html#5.2.1 .

Lua 5.2.2 also fixes several other minors glitches and includes
a revised reference manual."
