- Update to sson's latest bsd-user patches.
- Turns out qemu 1.4.x now builds with clang (almost) as is, so remove
  CLANG_HACK. [1]
- Add workaround for clang/i386 that doesn't define bit_CMOV in <cpuid.h>.
