www/py-bleach: Update to 1.2.2

- Update to 1.2.2
- Pin html5lib version in RUN_DEPENDS
- Make regression-test target use test command
- Patch setup.py: Add test_suite integration (and report upstream)

Changes:

- Pin html5lib to version 0.95 for now due to major API break.
