Update to checkin 5b2608fcc7

Changes:

  * HTML: Always redirect /latest/ to the actual build URL
  * HTML: Name build names as YYYY-MM-DD_HHhMMmSSs to remove ':'
    to make completions/URL encoding nicer.
  * Leftover updates
  * ports -u: Always 'svn upgrade' before updating (for 1.7->1.8)
  * Fix SVN compatibility with 1.8 for URL recording
  * jail -s now starts networking
