- Fix parallel builds and remove ugly MAKE_JOBS_UNSAFE knob
- Improve formatting, e.g. wrap overly long lines, fix whitespace
- NOPORTEXAMPLES -> PORT_OPTIONS:MEXAMPLES (port is already OptionsNG)
