lang/gcc*: define CONFIGURE_TARGET genericly (8 ports)

Instead of hardcoding the compiler target as FreeBSD, use the OPSYS
variable to it.  This makes no practical difference for FreeBSD, but
it helps DragonFly get properly configured.
