Change PYTHON_LIBDIR to PYTHON_SITELIBDIR so this thing builds.  While
I'm here, define DISTFILES instead of all three of DISTNAME,
EXTRACT_SUFX and wrksrc.

(Actually I was here to fix the latter when I stumbled upon the
former, but who's counting. :)
