- Do not allow selecting both DEBUG and FASTDEBUG options. [1]
- Re-enable -Werror for HotSpot build with GCC.
- Revert couple of unnecessary local changes to reduce diff.
- Add inactive pages as availble memory.  Note it is a cosmetic change.
