Update to 2.14.6.

* Mute svn warnings if .svn doesn't exist. [1]
* Add check for ${OPTION}_* (option helpers) [1]

* Fix get_makevar and use instead of direct calls to make(1) [1]

* Remove vestiages of old OPTIONS [1]
