- Ressurect net/wizd and assign to new maintainer.
- Extract files in WRKSRC rather than WRKDIR because USE_RC_SUBR=wizd
  overwrites WRKDIR/wizd.
- Remove carriage return from existing patches.
- Add patches to fix parallel build.
- Staging.
