- Update to checkin ae87e905f3

Changes:
 * Fix sanity checking not properly recursively deleting dependencies.
 * bulk/testport: Add PREPARE_PARALLEL_JOBS and  -J n[:P] where P is
   used for pre-build parallel jobs which may be more IO-bound
