Remove hack to install XLC_LOCALE for ko locale, this change
goes into XFree86(v3) ports(3.3.6_4). XFree86-4 unaffected.
Thanks jmz to apply this hack to XFree86 ports!

And change fonts from kodig to baekmuk-gulim.
