www/py-requests1: Copy from www/requests so we can upgrade to 2.x

Copy www/requests -> www/requests1 so we can update the main port to
version 2.x. Next commit will sweep all dependants.

While I'm here:

- Enable STAGE support
- Enable AUTOPLIST
- Deprecate easy_install target
- Add CONFLICTS
- Tweak COMMENT
