- Support STAGEDIR [1]
- Use USE_PYDISTUTILS= yes instead of easy_install
- Use PYDISTUTILS_AUTOPLIST
- Make docs unconditional to stage
  * Remove bsd.port.options.mk, accordingly

- Unmute INSTALL_WRKSRC in post-install target
